This site collects nothing
There is no contact form, no sign-up, no analytics that profiles you, no advertising trackers and no marketing cookies. Reading these pages leaves us with no record of you.
If you write to us
When you email, call, or message us, we hold your details for one purpose: to answer you and to conduct any business that follows. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else is involved
This website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs on our behalf in order to serve the pages and defend against abuse. The gold reference price is fetched by our own server from a market data provider — your browser never contacts them, and nothing about you is sent to them.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards only for as long as Hong Kong record-keeping obligations require.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address on our contact page and we will respond.
